We begin by getting real—no masks, no corporate armour. Our team shares openly why our approach works and how we help people shift at the root level.
“I walk in two worlds: the Corporate World and the Ancient World.
I facilitate high‑performing teams and capability solutions for over 30,000 employees. I didn’t finish university—curiosity, awe, and wonderment opened every door. My Māori lineage taught me Mana: the power that comes from how we care for land and people. I learned early to see beyond imposed limitations and to recognise the spark in others.
New Earth Dreaming has been activating ancient protocols and practical ways to reclaim that spark since 2023. I have initiated collaboration with powerful practitioners and leaders to bring people together, activate their innate potential, and hold the energetic field where transformation becomes natural. This immersion isn’t about being told what to do—it’s the ancient way of sharing that sparks each individual to choose their own path. It’s about remembering who you are and watching your own magic return.
What is a Tohunga?
The Maori name for Shaman - One who perceives signs, patterns, and the unseen. Her work bridges ancient wisdom and modern leadership in a way that is grounded, accessible, and deeply transformative. We each need to read the ‘field’ (quantum field of all possibilities) and the ancient paired with the modern can bring about powerful change.

Louise also brings the Enneagram* into her work - a profound psychological and developmental framework that reveals the deeper motivations, patterns, and blind spots that drive behaviour.
