We started New Earth Dreaming initially as a community collaboration to support those committed to bringing in new inspiring change. We grew a large network of amazing people doing very talented and impactful things across many industries.
Some of us, stay in the frontier where old is rapidly deteriorating requiring wise new ways of being and working.
Here we are. We're seasoned innovators in people-culture-change-transformation-leadership fields.

We have been asked to transform teams and organisations with a more conscious authentic approach that values the whole (team, individual, customer, environment, community, future).
With our expertise working in nearly every industry, large and small to community initiatives, we offer a unique approach that cuts through the mind trying to make sense with logic, to a subtle approach, to discern, read the field and empower each individual to tap into their own talents and wisdom.
It requires radical candor and honesty as well as courageous conversations. Our dream team pod model of demonstrating how one 'cell' can influence the whole is a unique model that acts like a 'Koru' - fern frond in the spiral manner of outwardly creating change. No longer do we try to do it from the top nor the bottom, but through example and results of a small 'cell'/pod/team transforming themselves first.

As head of a combat unit’s Soldier Performance Cell, I pioneered integrating mindset, flow state, and wellness into military systems.
Today, I fuse Gallup Strengths, Taoist principles, and humanistic leadership to help high-impact individuals and teams evolve into heart-led forces of nature.
