In ancient times, we would sit around, in a circle. No time. No agenda. And we felt held. Held by the Elders who spoke little but guided with a twinkling of the eye and wise insight. Held by a sense of family and community - warts and all. The problem of one was for all to solve. Never alone. In the stillness of looking into the fire, up to the stars, in the silence between sound and movement. Touching the earth. Now we learn in science that 'earthing' gives us unlimited supply of free electrons which neutralise the free radicals in the body - giving wellbeing, sustenance, energy - Life!
What better place to restore the knowing, than on an Island with miles of horizon and pure nature. With fresh flowing air. With sunlight and stars so bright. With bush and rock pools and wild life. With ancient Lumerian feel. With people who feel like kin from ancient times - so easy to feel close to, so soon...

Our practice is sharing-storytelling ways to ascension: breath-body work-healing and releasing blockages (trauma) and remembering the true essence by letting go of the programming and distortion of the lower 3D reality into the 5D connection and oneness which is always sitting awaiting us to reconnect. You choose what resonates as there is no one way.

Facilitation through our own story, on what led to our journey. And this sparks the unique soul purpose in each of us, and fuels our knowing to be our true, authentic self.
