Start from wellness

Slow Down. All is Well.
It's time to slow ourselves into the ‘spell’ of simple toning & language — to feel each word as a living charm, carrying ancient meaning beneath its surface. When we speak with presence, the old sayings reveal their hidden power, and our words become gateways to something timeless.
All.
All – wholeness – everythingness. Feel what ‘All’ really is. Is it just about our own life, or is it about everything around us? Does it include animal, earth, sky, future, humanity? What could ‘All’ really mean, in our bones, in our body, in our feelings? Could we expand it out to feel what it would feel like if ‘All’ was well everywhere, in everything, in all parts of us?
Is.
Is – now – present – this moment – here – before us – has happened already.
Am I here, now and really present? We have a choice in how to receive the word, ‘Is’, here now in this moment. We can permeate it through our being. As a powerful sovereign being who can choose to set powerful intentions, we can realise the meaning of spell-words. We can spell in our intentions. We might ask, “Could I really be here, not distracted? Could I be here now with these three words, with my full being? Can I exemplify the words and amplify their rays of meaning outward? How far can I do that as I focus now, here present?"
All is. All is.
Doesn’t that feel very powerful to say? Bold. Courageous. Knowing. Regal. Honourable. Powerful. Restoration of my inner knowing. Just in two words. Could it really be this simple?
We could ask, "Have I skimmed over words, in the rush to be somewhere else? In the rote learning in dry cold environments like schools without resonance, and teachers without a soul calling for their profession? Can I hold the power to restore the words with my focussed, present intention. Can I feel the words deeply as carriers of what serves the greater good in this moment?"
Well.
Wellspring. An ancient well of water. An unlimited supply of water from an underground spring, valued by the ancient ones who built the well for sustenance.
We may ask, “Have I ever though of where the word ‘well’ comes from? Have I felt what it would be like to drink from a pristine well, with centuries of love in its making. Have I ever felt what it would be like to discover water sources that could benefit all for generations to come? Have I ever thought of where the well water comes from when it rises up to the top of a hill or mountain? Have I ever realised that water grows, duplicating itself to reach high mountains to then drip and flow down to valleys? Was I taught this?"
Well. Feel that word now.
We may ask, “Have I ever stopped to see my own waters as lifegiving? Have I ever seen wellbeing as a flowing aspect of my inner world, through blood and circulation? Have I heard more recently of the true nature of water, and how our feelings and thoughts have direct impact upon it? Does this inspire a wish to appreciate the role I play in creating and increasing wellness?"
All is well.
As we feel simple words fully again, with clear and strong intentions, we bring forth a resonance within us, that permeates outwards, like the rippling of a drop.
Will that drop be a wellspring of hope or knowing? Will it inspire us to live first the intention, within our own body, as we see it all around ourselves?
As we slow ourselves into the spell of powerful language — feeling each word as a living charm, we feel the ancient meaning beneath its surface. When we speak with presence, we reveal hidden power, and our words become gateways to something timeless.
