What is a Tohunga? Tohu - sign. Nga - plural. The Maori name for Shaman - one who has mastered a skill that serves others. I see signs. I see them everywhere. I feel ancestors and I can see the past both here on earth and through the stars and universe. Having a rich ancient culture as my foundation, gives what the ancients knew - that we are whole, we are part of, we are one.

Currently I am facilitating high-performing teams to achieve the most advanced learning and capability solutions. In a team of 40 we provide solutions to over 30,000 employees. I didn't finish university. How am I here today? Curiousity, Awe and Wonderment (some say are the keys to Genius) These traits came at a young age thankfully, opening doors just from sheer interest. My Maori family were radical activists, bringing back the language and culture in the 70s in Aotearoa NZ, and being around this courage, or we call Mana (our power - prestige - honour comes from how we care for land and people), I hadn't been exposed to limitations besides what the outer colonisation culture tried to throw at us. I had Mana enough to see that outer world for what it was (not having the best interests of caring for land and people) so I didn't put it on any pedistol. I had enough wisdom to do this quietly and maneuver through it all. I actually see the best in people, knowing there is potential brewing there if encouraged. I help that spark be activated and have done this from a young age. This is the simplicity of the Ancient World - how to see the greatest within others, which in turn sparks it alive again. I know anyone has potential if they build their Mana. So these traits led me to here today, able to adapt, learn, and lead change.
New Earth Dreaming has been activating and sharing ancient protocols and practical ways to reclaim that spark within, since 2023. As an activator and connector, I bring amazing people together to share their own talents (super powers) with each other, and that creates a massive shift each gathering. Want to be part of that? As the founder of Circle of Courage, I’ve witnessed hundreds of humans rise beyond their self-imposed limits and remember who they truly are. My work is compassionately challenging and intentionally disruptive, designed to awaken people to how they’re getting in their own way, so they can step into the truth, purpose, and potential that’s been waiting underneath.
Over the years, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives across Australia, the UK, New Zealand, the US, Singapore, Mauritius, and Fiji. I contract as a Developmental, Executive, and Leadership Coach for organisations such as The Design Coach, New Beginnings and The Coaching Room.
My Circle of Courage experiences are immersive, embodied spaces where motivational speaking flows with group coaching, self-enquiry, meditation, and deep human connection. The Circle of Courage provides "heart activations" as we enter a heart resonance field together and co-create a powerful container. We awaken awareness, shift perspective, and inspire inner and outer transformation. People leave with their hearts cracked open and courage in their bellies to take inspired action to do 'the thing' they have been putting off.
I've also worked as the in-house coach and yoga teacher at the five-star health retreat The Golden Door (now Elysia Wellness Retreat), facilitating programs that helped guests reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and purpose.
I believe courage isn’t just about being facing fears, it’s also about meeting you inner stories and beliefs and re-writing them to free yourself. That’s the work I do, and it’s the life I live."
Jordan Weeks, Effortless Body Movement Coach shares an extraordinarily simple way to return to presence, power and effortless energy.
"My journey began with parkour and strength training at age eleven — an early fascination with how physical mastery shapes perception, focus, and freedom. By fourteen, I was teaching parkour movement, guiding others to discover expression and resilience through the body. That foundation evolved into six years of immersive coaching, exploring what it truly means to move well and guide others at the stages they were at.
At 19 starting a career in the Air Force and I soon realised my own path was going to be different. It revealed a deeper truth I have continued to share that no matter where you are: discipline without autonomy is not freedom. That insight redirected my path toward embodied awareness — a commitment to living and leading from alignment rather than resistance.
Through Effortless Body-Being, Transcendental Meditation, and 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in India, I’ve cultivated a practice that integrates physical intelligence with mental clarity. My work now has the theme of inspiring change through returning to conscious awareness so as a coach and entrepreneur I move in worlds from Game Designer of a philosophical adventure ‘Mozentum’ to Effortless Movement Coaching.
I help people reconnect with their bodies as instruments of presence, power, and choice — especially in high-pressure environments. Whether facilitating workshops or coaching one-on-one, I support people in accessing effortless movement, nervous system regulation, and embodied confidence."
